While I continue to write and churn out fun stories of different genres (as I can’t seem to pick out one in particular), I have decided to start posting some things that will help me keep on track for my own health…

For instance, today I had a dental appointment. And…it went WELL!!! I’m happy to report.

Yesterday, I had a doctor appointment, and…it went well TOO! And, while I was at the doctor’s office, they had a little slide show.. (a nice break from all the political ads) there was one in particular that grabbed my attention. It went like this:
