Sound like fun? Well, I’m here to tell you, it was!
Tea at The Grey House Cafe in Port Orchard. The cutest building ever with turrets, a huge gift shop and everything. Debbie offices in the same area, and shockingly, has her office in a turret. She had wonderful, inspiring things to share with authors. Sadly, she will not be attending RWA Nationals this year.
I met new people in my new home in the Pacific Northwest, however, I do miss my Oklahoma friends. (Not the weather, though.)
Afterwards, a group of us headed to the Mosquito Fleet Winery for a wine tasting. All in all, a terrific day.
To celebrate, I found some tea sets on Amazon.
Debbie gave each of us an arc of her newest book:
Have a great day!
What fun!
I met Debbie at a Romantic Times convention; we were 1 seat apart at the Literacy Signing. She’s a great gal.
Oh wow…bet it WAS fun! I have a family member in Pt. Orchard but it was too far to visit from where we actually were in WA (on our west coast vacation)
Good luck and God’s blessings
PamT
